The All-Star Challenge

Guidelines

• ALL STRL Rules apply
• Track will be Lowes-Night
• All races are OPEN setup, Damage and Weather set to REALISTIC
• Qualifying will be set by the race director according to stated rules (qualifying or finishing position)
• If a driver flames, he loses his spot
• If there is an incident caused by a driver in any segment The Challenge Winston or The Qualifier, the incident will be reviewed, and a ruling will be made as to the member's ability to race. If a member loses their spot, the offended driver MAY be allowed to race in The Challenge.
• If a member has won an OPEN SETUP REGULAR SEASON POINTS race in 2003 (AFTER The 2003 Winston) OR in 2004 (BEFORE The All Star Challenge), that member is automatically entered into the Winston.  Check HERE for eligibility page.
• Past Winston/Challenge winners will have a spot reserved.
• The All Star Challenge will not have more than 25 drivers.  After the eligible list reaches 24 drivers, the bumping process will begin.  Least recent race winner will drop off the list first. 
• This event will allow special paint schemes that do not count against your STRL League allowance.  Send them in ASAP.

Number that advances will be min of 1 and max of the number needed to equal 25

Race Times: 8:45pm EST
Race Length: 60 Laps
Weather: Conditions at Concord, NC when server is set up
Gates Open at 8:15pm EST
Practice: 30 minutes
Normal Qualify Session
NO Warmup Session
Yellows: ON

Begins 15 minutes after the Open to set the starting order for segment 1

Race Times: ~8:55pm EST
Race Length: 40 laps
Practice: 8:30 pm (15 minutes)

5 minute Warmup Session

** Green Flag 4 tire change Pit Stop Required **
(Pit stop anytime between lap 5 and lap 35)
